Elder brother threatening my family for property what to do

My elder brother abusing my parents since last 6 years for his property. He has already agriculture land on his name, father mother and me also having land. He asking to get front side portion in our land. We are not agree on that. He brings some relatives every time to sign the paper. They all are threatening to me and my mother and father. He attacked on my residing place three time. He has influence on local police. My elder sister also supporting him. They'll are having personal relationship and personal interest. They are warning us to cultivate our agriculture land. We lost all are our resources to earn. They made residing their relatives near by our house to watch us. What can we do?

Seriously telling you that to response to such kind of query is not possible on this platform. Because before giving you my legal opinion on it i need to have proper discussion with you to understand your problem in a more better way.
For starting all i can say is that first try to reason out with your relatives who are residing near you and try to find out what interest they have in particular.

You can proceed to file petition under Section 147 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 before the Executive Magistrate/SDM of the local area.

And you can also file a police complaint simultaneously with the proceedings I mentioned above until the proceedings under Section 147 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 are decided.

Proceedings under Section 147 are initiated when there are chances that a dispute concerning right of use of land or water is likely to cause breach of peace.

If someone is threatening to you the legal recourse can be initiated from the concerning police station first and then court. You may come up with a application with details of incidents against the person threatening you
