Does a contract with boyfriend to pay compensation on breakup valid

23-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
Can I make a legally binded contract where my boyfriend will sign and state that he won't have another woman partner in his entire life and if he does that in future, he will be bound to give me 10 lakh as compensation. And vice-versa?

Marriage is a social contract, where once your marry your boyfriend the social contract starts and the concept fo marriage will get solemenised by registering the marriage, if your husband after marriage commits any affair with other woman it amounts to an offence punishable for bigamy, but in relationships these kind of contract are not valid and if there is no compatability there cannot be forcible relationship neither by you nor by your boyfriend with any condition or contingency. you are not doing business pls do not get confused with the concept of marriage.

very difficult to recover the contract compensation but still if their is an agreement between parties if he respect the contract than only you can execute if not it is very difficult , you cannot except that he will not have another woman partner in his entire life time, think properly before committing.
