Dispute due to interference of family in matrimonial life

am Muslim women age 21 years, House wife. After marriage i hardly stay with my husband due to hard communication and i left matrimonial home. 8 months i stayed with my parents.They forcefully taken me from matrimonial home. My husband doesn't like family interference and me also. 1) How to safe guard me, husband and my mother in law. 2)We are planning for child my husband is afraid after child if thr will be interference of my family or if i go there and she don't send me again.what to do how to safe guard child future from my family. 3) My husband is afraid of my family and he says after i give surety than only will go for child planning. 4)what to do where should i go and file application i don't want to disclose to my family right if they do any wrong will show at that time. 5)I too also afraid of my family i cant say anything they says keep quit and forcefully thr decision of my life. I don't have any right to take decision. 6) Should i file NC or affida whr to submit
First of all if we taken action against our family then definite your family will opposes as well as the relation between us will be finish
