Disown brother from property

I have a elder brother who is unmarried.I am married and staying with my wife separately.I don't trust my brother as he has evil intentions.I would like to disown my brother so that there are no legal issues in future. Pls advice.

No one can disown one's own relative legally but don't worry.... anything that your brother does will not make you liable for his actions just because you are his brother. A person is liable for his own actions and the consequences resulting from them this is a basic principle of law so whatever your brother does the blame will be on him.
