Hi,
If you want to do court marriage/ registered marriage, 1 month notice is must.
As pet Indian Law, girl who completed 18 years of age and boy who completed 21 years of age (both of sound mind) can marry as per their wish and no one can compelled them to marry against their wish.
Second option for you is that you can performed marriage at temple as per your rituals and then apply to BMC for Marriage Certificate. In this case, you can give notice of your marriage to local police station that she is major and with her consent, the marriage has been performed and avoid the things you don't want to tell. You can give it after performance of marriage also. After marriage, you must take marriage receipt from that temple and you have to take photos of your marriage to prove afterwards. You will require at least 3 witness, one of whom must be from each side.

Docu for bride & btidegroom- 1. Leaving certificate/ birth certificate/ SSC certificate having date of birth as age proof.
2. Aadhar card/ Election card etc. as address proof
3. Passport size photos

Docu for Witnesses - pan card, aadhar card, voting card, passport size photos

Witnesses at temple & at BMC can be same.

Helo prasad.
If your girlfreind and you willing for marriage desperately and you have to avoiding notice procedure then you perform vedic marriage in mandir and collect receipt and photograph . Then applied for marriage cer4tificate before registar office to getting certificate of marriage .
