Conflict over keeping the adult daughter from previous marriage

I married to a divorcee 3 yrs back who has a daughter from previous marriage. Her custody was with her mother that time. Now that girl has turned 18 and my husband is now saying thay she will stay with us it is her right and he already brought her home in my absence. This thing he didnt tell before marrting me. Is he doing correct thing? Do i have any right to stop this or file for a case of cheating?

When a child completed the age of 18 years then that child It is the child's wish where she lives, with her mother or father or with someone else. It means that girl can go back to her mother also. you r free to call me .
