Complaint filed under IPC 336 and 377 what to do


20-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)
sir we were loading down some marble plates from a truck and unfortunately inbetween deloading some pltes came down over the labour's legs and 3 emploey who were working there got affected and got little frectures in their legs now we were the owner who hired the truck to carry the stuff from market to home. i got news that under ipc section 336 and 337 are took under investigation..please tell me the solution soon if possible. thank you sir

bothe the sections applied to the owner or driver of the vehicle so dont worry these sections not attract for whom who had hired the vehicle for the transportation , however police can make investigation and your statements can be recorded and you can be made as witness

Dear client, If the employees were hired by you then the compensatory liability is there but no criminal liability as you mentioned in the query. You can argu your case at the stage of charge for the same. If the employees are hired by the truck owner the compensatory liability lies to him (truck owner). for more detailed consultation contact me name same as on FB.
