Complaint against husband harassing and threatening to give divorce.

My husband is an army officer. We had a love marriage without parents consent in arya samaj mandir but within one month of marriage my husband asked me to cancell it when i denied he started harassing me mentally and emotionally. He threats me for giving divorce. To marry him i left my job and parents. Now he does not want to stay with me and ask me to get out from his house. I have no idea what to do? I can’t even go back to my parents as i have betrayed them for this man. Pls help.

Maam you immediately need to file a complaint under Domestic Violence Act and an FIR u/s 498-A against him. In this case he will have to provide you separate accomodation and expenses. You can also file an Application in the family court for restitution of conjugal rights.
