Complaint against family members for torturing mentally and physically

I am 17 years old, I live in a joint family. My two elder cousin sisters are making my life miserable in every possible ways. They are tourtuing me mentally as well as pysically. My father when is in stress comes home drunk and makes disturbing verbal communication which is indecent as most of the things of which he accuses me for is not true. I have been hit with a bat, the metal part of the broom and whichever thing comes to my father's hand. During these drunk periods my father has threatened me of Killing me. The other members of the family are also silent about these things is because my elder cousin sisters have turned them against me by saying about my boyfriend, and they have also made indecent comments by questioning my virginity, etc. I cannot endure this anymore. My father has also openly declared in the family that I would not be allowed to study further and if I do I won't be allowed to chose the place or college. Please help me.
