As of now you can do nothing. You have no legal right to force him to get married. You can only claim your essentials given during engagement ceremony. And if he has done some criminal act or played fraud then you may proceed

Unfortunately, there is no legal remedy which I can advise you for the same. I would caution you against false cases and litigation. The best way is to speak to the boy's family, unless there is a dowry demand. In that case, you can pursue legal action.
