The girl refuse to marry after engagement. we have make all the arrangements and bookings for marriage, can we file case against girl side for monetary damages.kindly suggest the legal actions we can take. hindu religion
First of all try to sort out the problem and misunderstanding amicably , then if even no result comes out of it, Then you can file a case against the boy and his family for Criminal Breach of trust and defamation to your local police station.
