Can we file HAMA application in same court

22-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)

We have received Court Decree Order under Guardian Act. Now we would like to require Court decree order under Hindu Adoption and Main Act 1956 in the same case as Pass Port Authority require under HAMA 1956 Adoption Decree. I would like to know Sir that can we receive the Court under from Same Court and file HAMA 1956 application in same court ? Court is Family Court Gandhinagar. Religion Hindu.

as you have already got the orders under Hindu Adoption and Main Act 1956 you dont need to file a separate application to obtain the same orders again from the court. You can file for a certified copy from the court for an additional copy and deposit it in passport office.
