Can my uncle demand for their share in my dad's property after 10 year

My father died leaving behind a widow and a daughter and no will. He had properties and a share in a business which is run jointly by both my uncle and my father. Uncles and my father seperated their properties and share legally some 10 years back. Can my uncle demand for their share in my dad's property now even after they were financially seperated almost 10 years back. Please help.

As per your query, you have mentioned that your uncle and your father had legally separated their business and all their finances legally 10 years back.
Hence, your uncle does not have any share in your father’s property as you and your mother will be the legal heirs to your father after his death.
