Hello Every transfer application in civil matters is governed by section 24 of CPC. The transfer petition will not come under writ jurisdiction. It will come under appellate jurisdiction. Not only for matrimonial matters for other matters also. We have to file Transfer CMP. To what court the transfer petition lies will depend upon the court in which the cases are pending. Thank you
