Can I marry A women who is already married and has not taken divorce?

I m in love with a girl who is already married through arya samaj mandir with both having certificate & photograph of arya samaj mandir marriage and her marriage is not yet registerd through registrar or in any agency.she got married in the year april 2012 now i want to marry her is it legal ? with our mutual understanding and concern And If I do then what will be the reaction on our marriage and life as if in future if this comes in front then what will I do for our both betterside
No you can't marry a girl who has not taken divorce. What is the current status ? are you in live in relationship? Your marriage would be illegal!!
