Can I legally protect myself after getting married in arya samaj

Hello sir... We get married through Arya Samaj..and recd certificate. Now within week we are going outside... Both family don't knw about this... Girls brother will take action....so in that case what I should do to save me and my family...
Sure you can take protection by Police through High Court. But your marriage is must be registered by marriage registrar.

Hi basically you have got the right of defence only when some case is being filed against you . in your scenario the family members of girl may launch an FIR under 363 of missing and later it may convert into charges against you . you can go for 482 in high court for quashing FIR and charges against you and for protection petition and your legally weded wife can send the letter to the concerned police officers along with marriage certificate to settle the things in all respects .
