Can i get maintenance from my family?

Diabetic.. partly handicap.... not been looked after. can i claim for maintenance. please advice
dear client, you have not mentioned your age and gender.if you are minor then you can claim maintenance from your family.But if you are major then you can claim maintenance only when due to your handicapness you are unable to maintain your self.
