Can I get divorce in 4 months of marriage

My wife is 23 and I am 24 year old. We had done love marriage from bandra court on 07 dec 2015. She is chrisatin and I am hindu. But now she want to live with her parents and she is requesting ro sign me divorce form. I dont want to give her divorcenbecause she is studying in 1st year of mba and her parents are taking her to native place and they are ready to spoil her MBA. Please advice what will happen. They will get divorce or not. I am not ready.
For dissolution of a marriage legally, you need a decree from a court of law (except in Islam). mere signing of a form or a paper does not legally dissolve a marriage. So, do not worry. If you are afraid that, the parents of your wife are compelling her to obtain divorce from you and she wants to stay with you, you can appproach court of law with appropriate proceedings or take help of women cell of Police authorities.
