Can i file complaint against my girlfriend if she refuses to marry me

sir am .i have girl friend.we had consensual sex. we were in love.but now their parents warned her nd she got house arrested by them. now i want to go to police sytation nd submitt all my proofs that she was in love with me.messages, phon call recordings,messages,love letters in which she signed that she will marry me. but in police station if she refuses to marry me what can do legally to marry her. can i complaint to womens organisations to help me.bcoz a women should not marry other person after having sex with his boy friend. so can i file case on her to marry me legally to marry me. iam in mental struggle.am going to do suside also.if woulddo suside attempt wil she get arrestednd what punishment she will get. 1000% i cant live i wil die without her.give me legal advice i can pay any amount if anyone gives proper idea to marry her if she refuses.
See you cannot approach her father legally unless your girlfriend is with you. If your girlfriend is over 18 years of age then she has the right to decide whom to marry and if she decides to marry you then her father cannot stop her legally.
