Can I file a case against my brothers who kept me in house arrest ?

i am having an issue with my brothers that i was in love affair with a male they came to know they beat me and my nasal bone broken im 34 years old the problem is i loved a married male for the past four months im in house arrest inside four walls issue now im in home im very depressed and i myself taking care of me after my father demise before nine years none help me single money i hav to fulfil my needs from paste to bath soap i hav to buy on my own now one of my brother takn my degree cerificate can i file a case n get that ? can i write and give that nothing btwn them wl they releive me
