Can I file a case against man having affair with my wife

MY WIFE LEFT MY HOME WITHOUT MY CONSCENT FOR LAST 6 MONTHS , THE MAIN REASON SHE SAID WAS SHE NEED FREEDOM MY WIFE IS IN AFFAIR WITH ONE YOUNG MODEL FOR LAST 3/4 YEARS , RESCENTLY AFTER COLLECTING ALL ADULTERY PHOTOS , WHATS APP AND VIDEO SHE REFUSED TO COME BACK AND I AM EXTREMLY WORRIED AS MY TWO SONS ARE MINOR AND NEED HER PRESENCE , SHE CHOSE TO STAY AT PARENTS PLACE BECAUSE SHE CAN EASILY MEET HIM CAN I ONLY FILED CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST THIS LOVER AND NOT FILE DIVORCE ? LOOKING AT MY KIDS FUTURE
See in this situation you can file a criminal complaint under section 497 IPC against the paramour but remember that you will be able to prove adultery only when you have explicit photos of your wife with her paramour. Along with that you can also file for divorce under section 13 HMA as one of the grounds for divorce under HMA is adultery.
