Can Husband File For Stolen Case On His Wife

Wife took all the gold and silver jwellery with her. And went to her sister house with the consent of her husband but husband on the other hand report for stolen case against wife. Do a husband can file for it. Now she refuse to come back home and the police called her to prensent in the police station. But lady not want to come back and not want to give things back as she has the right on them. Now what will happens next will the police take any action against her. Or not if she deny to give back the jwellery. And what is the next step to be taken. If all is true. If it is not true not such report is filed than how to know about the truth and what action has to be taken against husband.

Wife can file a counter application against her husband . it is stridhan and wife have the absolute right on it.wife can go for a lawyer who can be with her while going to police station or Court.Wife can file criminal case against her husband and also defamation in court of law.
