Can complaint be filed if boy refuses to marry after engagement

My boy want to cancel his marriage his parents done forcefully tge engaement but he is not interested to marry her if he marry the girl who he committed from past 8years the girl who got made engagement with him they filled a cimplaint against him he is cheating a girl but he want to cancel the marriage.legally any solution for this
