Can a minor take tutoring sessions and study alongside

03-May-2023 (In Family Law)
I am 17years old hindu girl. I want to earn money by teaching few students outside my home. My parents said that if i do so then they will not allow me to persue my studies any longer. Is it illegal for me to teach students and persue my studies together? can i go out with my friends for movies and is it illegal for me ?

Ma'am,

This is not the forum you could get relief of your problem. But we appreciate that you have guts to speak for your rights. Hats off to your courage. By the by coming to your questions now.

Being minor you cannot be taken into contract but you can obviously contract with any person for tuition giving.

There is no Legal binding in going out for your need but remember until you are major you have a guardian to decide upon your good.

Yes of course you can study and be a teacher at the same time, no Legal impediment is there.

Tutions for meeting your studies will not be stopped by authorities. It is not a crime. You will receive social support. But going out to see movies with friends without parents permission will not be supported by society.
