Can a girl force to get married if got pregnant by the man

I am Hindu ..I have sex with my sali with her and my agreement ,if get pregnant can she force me to marriage.i am single.and serving in govt job. What should I do?
Yes she can file suit of sexual harassment and rape under section 375 of the IPC in this case. But as such there is no law that if you had sex with a girl then you have to marry her compulsorily. Here the law will look at the consent of the girl before having sex. false promise is also punishable under the above mentioned section.
