Brother and his wife torturing parents to throw them out of the house

My brother and his wife mentally tortures my parents everyday. They have remove my father out who is now staying in a different place and the keep mentally torturing my mom so that she should also leave the house. This house which parents have bought is under my brother's name. What should i do to help them to free from this torture get the house back to them. All the legal paper of the house is my brother.

Your mother can file a complaint in the women cell and also along with that lodge a written complaint in the concerned police department against your brother and his wife. She can also file a case for domestic violence and maintenance as well against them
