Boyfriend promised to marry now denying what can I do

My boyfriend and i r in a relationship for 2nd half yrs. We both r hindus and our family knew abt our relationship. He promised to marry and we had a physical relationship. I even had 3 abortions where he had never paid a penny and those were all done at home with abortion pills so i dont hv any proof except pictures.But now he is now treating me v badly torturing me. I tried my best to fix problems but he doesnt seem interested anymore. What case can i do againest him so he marries me or what punishment will he recieve on whatever needful case i do. What case is appropriate for him?
You can file a complaint against the boy in Women cell. Women cell will provide some counselling sessions between you and him. You can also proceed with rape complaint against this boy.
