mai ek ladke se sadi krna chahti hu...lekin wovmujhe mana kr rha hai..hmara 3 sal relation rha aur usne sadi k liye bola..aur avi mana kr rha hai
There is no provision in law for such cases as no legal obligation is created. in case you had physical relationship with him then you can file a case under section 375 against him that on the pretext of marriage the boy had physical relationship with out and now does not want to get married
