Being company owner father doesn't even give salary as promised

I am the owner of a company. I do not get paid a single rupee My fathers takes all the money even when he promised me he'd give me salary atleast. My employees get salary regularly but I don't get anything at all. This has been like this ever since company was started 3 years ago. Please help I feel cheated and mentally tortured.
