Bad situation due to parents they locked me home since 3 years need so

I am 27 years old I live in joint family my family always locked me at home since 3 years because I loved someone due to this they don't give me permission to go outside. I want to live independently. I am very tensed what' s the solution of my problem
As a 27-year-old adult, you have the right under Indian law to live independently and make your own choices. If your family is confining you, you can file a complaint with the police for illegal detention, seek protection under the Domestic Violence Act if there is any form of abuse, or file a habeas corpus petition in the High Court to secure your release.
