Aunt expired and gave property papers to me, can brother's ask share?

11-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
My aunt has expired a fortnight back at the age of 89 years in a Dementia state .She had handed over her property share certificates to me about 8years back and told me to transfer it to my name after her death.Meanwhile my two other brothers have surfaced saying that they hold a nomination and Will in their favour. Now in the circumstances can I claim my right to occupy the flat to the society until the ownership dispute is resolved by the competent authority. Please advise

hi we have been through your query and we think that succession is a complex issue we need to check whether the property was ancestors property or it was selfhold property of your aunt and if it is had she made a will or not that is imp to know!
