We are 5 legal heirs after our father died last year. Mother, two brothers two sisters. Father left us one house which is in his own name That we live in , two other property's one is agriculture land and one plot which is in my elder brother's name purchased by my father. 4 FD's and some gold.therefore we have decided all money,gold will be used for my sister's marriage. the house ,agriculture land and plot property will be divided among us two brothers equally.how can I legalize it.
