Aged Father not sharing family business

Sir/man, my father is 69 years old, n my age is 38, I m married with a 8 year old daughter. I am involved in my fathers construction business from my school days (from 1995). Now since last 5 to 8 years our business is facing losses because my aged n tired father is not able to handle it, he is proprietor of his firm, now because of inferiority complex he is neither leaving the business nor making me partner in his business, even I can not raise any business loan, because my name is not in business , , he is not allowing me to take any business decision, can law me in hi admit in his firm ?

No, law cannot make you a business partner in your father's firm. It is a proprietorship firm. Your father is a proprietor he is the sole owner of the business and it would be his decision to include you or not. You need to convince your father that to grow business and to overcome losses you need a fresh mind and with fresh ideas you can do that.
