Advice regarding rough treatment by family members

My question is that there is a girl and she is treated poorly by her family members they are mentally tortureing her and they are physically abusing her as well
and she is 18+ she wants to leave there house to come and live this people she feels safe with so can you give me the details on hiw she can do this and what are the legal steps she should and the people helping her should take and also what steps can her family members can take against the people helping her and their daughter as well
As she is 18+ and major now she can live her life as per her wish and if any of the persons take any action against the person helping her they can lodge an FIR or file a Complaint case directly in the court.
