15 Years Girl Tortured By Her Father

A 15 years girl tourtured by her father. Mother exprd in 2013. He want her daughter for only bsnss. He want money. He tourtued her slap her . Using too much slang in socity. Socity also lower grade. After her father tortured society also miss behaved her. She want to stay with her big sister (cosin) for her education n for her future. What can she do?
she should make an police complaint of the same and tell before police that she wants to reside with her cousin if her cousin sister agrees then police will make arrangements with child welfare organisations.
