What to do when university is ignoring stay order from court?

Hi sir. I putted case in High court about our 2puc certificate are genuine because that certificate by open university so our bellary university are saying the fake certificate so i putted stay order and I already got stay order but also they not giving permission for exam so what the next procedure... After the stay order we have give any warning for university r not sir otherwise we have put the contempt r wht plz help me
