What is the procedure to change father's name of my son?

I want change the father's name of my son. What is the procedure for doing that? I was not married to first guy who is the father. Now i recently got married and wish to change father's name.
Father's name can be changed by a procedure. The Father has to give a NOC and your husband has to execute an Adoption Deed for the child. Once the adoption deed is finalised then the name of the father can be changed.
