What documents are required to waive of right over father's property

My biological father has remarried legally . I want to waive off my legal right over his property share forever . What kind of draft or affidavit should I make & what is the procedure for it . I am an adult & working well to fulfill my needs . Does this need to be registered deed & which city as I live in Ahmedabad & father in Mumbai

You cannot legally disown your parents or their property. You may however execute a relinquishment deed or in the alternative, you may ask your father to execute a Will which will exclude you completely from his property.
