Procedure to change father's name in Adhar card and passport

Hi, My fathers name was provided with incorrect spelling initially. The same is present in my all my documents including aadhar and passport. But my fathers name spelling is different in his aadhar and other proof. Is there any way I can have a proof that both are same or should I change my fathers name in all my documents. Please suggest the procedure
Hi. If there is a spelling mistake in the name of our father on various documents, then please apply to the concerned authority for correction of name in those documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.
Please get an affidavit of correct name or apply to court to pass an order for declaration of name.
