I am going to start home based tiffin service at my society and they r not issuing NOC as it is under commercial activity. How to get it? What licences will be required?

You should approach the local municipality Office to get the local corporation license certificate and along with that, you should obtain license under Shop and Establishment Act, Trade License and license from Food and Health Department. you should consult to the concerned Department for obtaining the license.

1. Licence from Food and Health department- Since the business is that of food, obtaining this licence is very essential one
2. Shop and Establishment Act Licence
3. Permit from fire brigade
4. Pertmit from Police department
5. Socitey's NOC certificate from your Socitey is also required Plz go and approach your socitey concern after obtaining permission from the above department.
