Online data entry company. Agreement issue

I am a student in Bangalore and i was looking fir a part time job and i found a online data entry job so i registered to it and i provided my government id(aadhar card) and signed an agreement which says that if i am not able to complete my work before 9 days i vahe to pay 4700 as registration fee. But the problem is that they are not responding to my calls and messages after they gave me work and took my signature. What should I do
1. You may raise online complaint with bangalore police portal for the same.
2. It is kind of crimes using internet happening all over india. If police take cognizance on ur case then they would investigate further and provide you the resolution.
