NOC made on 100 rs stamp paper is it valid

we are four brothers and one sister .there is a flat at ghatkopar which was on my fathers name.my father died on 16/02 /1988.After that the flat was transefered on my mothers name as she was nominated by my father.In 2008 myself paid some amount to my mother and all my three brothers ,sister and mother made an affidavit cum noc to transfer the above said flat on my name without any objection.This AFFIDAVIT CUM NOC was made on 100 Rs stamp paper with notery by advocate.This AFFIDAVIT CUM NOC was not registered. Please gied me what to do now so that the flat may be transferrred on my name
As per your query, an unregistered NOC can easily be challenged in the court of law. It is advisable that you get a relinquishment deed done and pay the stamp duty of the property in order to legally transfer the property in your name.
