Middle name as initial in all the documents will I face problem

Hello, My name is Nag B Shankar, the problem i am facing is with my name during passport form filling. Most of the names end with initials and nothing after, My name has initial in the middle(B), and a surname after(Shankar),its same in all my documents from my birth certificate. Will i face problem with that?
