I was married at Ahmedabad as per usual Hindu marriage Shastrokt vidhi on dated 23 October 1980 as per Gujarat marriage registration act 2006 the certificate can be issued by Municipal authority who married after 1 august 2008.. Question 1 . How can I get my marriage certificate for date 23/10/1980 that is back of the prescribed date 1 august 2008 . Question 2 . do you know any precedent that allowed on legal affidavit by Canadian embassy Q. 3 any advise regarding this issue ?
