Is it necessary to show husband's income certificate

My husband left me and my child since last one year. when I fill any gov. form, they ask me to show my husband income certificate. whereas I did not get any money from him from the first day of marriage. Also, he did not give me his income certificate. is it necessary to show husband's income certificate rather than the father?
yes if u are married person then u have to show ur income.in ur case u r married but not divorced so according to law u have to show his income in supporting of ur documents .yes u can get it but there is a processor u have to follw
