Is it legal to give a 10th board twice from different boards ?

It is generally legal to appear for the Class 10 or Class 12 board exams twice, even from different boards in different years, but you cannot use both certificates at the same time for admissions or jobs. Education boards and institutions usually recognize only one valid certificate, and trying to use both can be considered fraudulent. The new policy allowing two board exams a year (main and improvement) is aimed at reducing stress, but this applies within the same board. Having two different Class 12 mark sheets isn't a crime, but it can cause complications and may be rejected by universities or employers.
