Is bond agreement with no stamp paper and signed by one party valid

11-Feb-2023 (In Documentation Law)
Is a bond agreement with notary but without any stamp paper or frankling a valid document? Besides the agreement was signed only by me. There isnt any signature of the owner of firm or any stamp. Do let me know if the agreement is still valid or void?

As per the recent development in law made by the Supreme Court and various High Courts, such bonds are lopsided and are not legal and enforceable under law.
Also, As only one party has signed the bond it is not valid.
If the company takes any legal action against you to ask for the bond amount, you must contest it in the court of law as the enforcement of these employment bonds is not maintainable under law.
