In IAS exam can i face problem if my surname is different from parents

There is a difference between my and my parents` surname in all my documents including birth certificate, educational documents/ certificates, pan card , aadhar card, voter id card. so if i give ias exam which problems i might have to face?
Dear, if the difference in surname is the same in all your documents from school to birth certificate, pan card, Addhar card voter id etc. then there is no problem as its the same in all the documents, in case its different in them and all have something different then get it changed from the concerned department
