How to surrender graduation degree?

Is there any way to surrender B.tech degree? The reason behind surrendering degree is I took admission in b.tech course using a fake diploma certificate but now I want to surrender my b.tech degree. Pls suggest me what to do and is there any risk in surrendering degree.
As long as you do not apply for any jobs like government jobs or private job with the certificate, you need be very concerned about it. Yes, returning the original certificates to respective university may be an option to wash away your guilty feeling.
