How to get TRAI certificate to lease property for mobile towers

Sir, Now a days in daily news papers having advertisements to search land 100 to 500 sq feet to build up 3g / 4g towers. As a Land Lord i enquired them the as me to submit the following documents 1. Land Owner ID Proof 2. Land Full Documents 3. NOC from Land Owners 4. Telecom Regulatory Certificate.... I enquired TRAI - Advisor to know the procedure to get the Telecom Regulatory Certificate. The Good Official said that normally they wont give any certificate. What to do to get it? Pls Advice me sir.

Mobile phone operators and building owners have to get the consent of the municipality or the respective authority. Ensure that the school or building owner has obtained required permission from the concerned authority to set up the tower. No certificate from TRAI is required.
